Labyrinth Spire FAQ and Tips

Two treasure hunters, a stack of towers, and sixteen mazes standing between them and a pile of gemstones guarded by monsters that clearly don't want visitors. That's the setup here, and honestly it's a lot busier than it sounds on paper. You're jumping, punching, wall-running, and occasionally racing a buddy through the same corridors, and the game doesn't really slow down to explain itself. It just drops you in and lets you figure out the rhythm of double jumps and wall jumps through trial and error, which is half the fun if you're the type who likes bruising your thumbs on a keyboard until it clicks.

Winning Strategies

  • Don't sprint into the first monster you see; a well-timed punch from a standstill lands cleaner than swinging while you're still moving.
  • Save your run button for straightaways, not corners, since momentum through tight turns tends to send you straight into a wall instead of past it.
  • Wall jumps chain better than you'd expect. Bounce twice off opposite walls before committing to a big leap over a gap.
  • In the two-player racing mode, cutting corners tighter than your opponent matters more than raw speed, so learn the maze layout instead of just mashing forward.
  • Collect gems along the route even when they're slightly off-path. Sixteen labyrinths is a long haul, and small detours pay off later.

Controller & Keyboard Guide

  • Player One moves with W, A, S, D, punches with F, and runs by holding R.
  • Player Two uses the arrow keys to move, L to punch, and P to sprint.
  • Both adventurers share the same double jump and wall jump inputs, and yes, you'll need to lean on both constantly.
  • Co-op runs go smoother when each player sticks to their own side of the screen at first, at least until you've both got the wall jump timing down.
  • Switching between punching and jumping mid-air feels awkward at first, but it's often the only way past certain guarded ledges.
